Return Materials Authorization

All returned merchandise requires a valid RMA number issued by Exeqtime Systems. Any delivery of an item without a valid RMA identification will be refused. Any items incorrectly represented by the RMA documentation will be returned without further processing. Returned merchandise must be complete in salable condition, with all manual documentation and in its complete original packaging. After inspection Exeqtime reserves the right to accept or return merchandise to customer without further processing. Merchandise returned within 30 days from purchase date requires a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise returned within 31 through 60 days from purchase date requires a 35% restocking fee. After 61 days merchandise is not returnable. Customized products including: signal relays and transformer kits, engraved name plates, time terminal electronic parts and accessories, electronic - mechanical - computerized time recorders modified to customer specifications are not returnable. Software, Cables, Badges, and Shipping charges from factory to customer, and customer to dealer are not refundable. No exceptions will be made. Warranties

Hardware products are guaranteed by the manufacturer for one year parts and labor, with the exception of a relatively few which guarantee their products for 90 days parts and labor. Like New time equipment is guaranteed 90 days parts and labor or as stated on invoice. Please contact Exeqtime Systems for detailed information on product warranties. Software media, if defective is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please refer to Return Materials Authorization above, for more information.

Hardware Warranty

Acroprint Time Recorder Co.: Warrants all new Time-Q, and Time-Q Plus Terminals to be free from material defect for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of shipping to the customer. All other equipment, attachments, accessories, parts, and/or supplies are covered for 90 (ninety) days from the shipping date to customer. Lathem Time: Warrants all new PayClock EZ systems and accessories, parts, and/or supplies to be free from material defect for a period of 1 (one) year from the shipping date to customer. Exeqtime Systems: Warrants all new supplies to be free from material defect for a period of 90 (ninety) days from the shipping date to the customer. Like New time equipment is guaranteed 90 days parts and labor or as stated on invoice. The above warranties are limited to repair or replacement of the covered item at the sole discretion of manufacturers or Exeqtime Systems. No other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Exeqtime Systems shall not be held responsible for any consequential damages or losses arising from the use of the product.

Software Warranty

Inception Technologies, Time America, Acroprint Time Recorder Co./Lathem Time Systems, LLC warrants all software MEDIA to be free of defect for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of shipping. MEDIA found to be defective must be returned and replacement media shall be provided at no additional charge. Prior to returning, an RMA number should be obtained. No other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Software Upgrades may be made available to the customer, but only to the extent provided by the manufacturer. Software Upgrades might be chargeable. Once an Upgrade link has been made available to the customer for download, no credits or refunds will be made. Lost software "System Keys" are not replaceable without incurring full charge for the replacement of the program.

Malfunctions, or errors generated by customer reprogramming of electronic - computerized time clocks, and time terminals, are not cover by warranty and will be charged at current service rates.

Annual Software and Hardware Maintenance Agreements

The Software Maintenance Agreement provides the following: Technical software toll free phone support M-F, 8am to 5pm. CST., Software upgrades and service release patches.
 
The Hardware Maintenance Agreement provides the following: Parts, Labor, Travel Time and Mileage to local customers. Same day depot repairs and standard shipping to out of area customers is provided.

Reprogramming, training, or reconfiguration of Time & Attendance Systems is covered only when included and stated within the agreement.

Due to activation fees and features exclusive to other vendors; software updates, employee count upgrades and equipment obtained from other sources other than Exeqtime, and incorporated into systems currently in contract with or without our notification is not covered by the maintenance agreement. Time invested to implement such equipment, software upgrades, activation fees, and other related charges, will be in addition to the cost of the service agreement.

Maintenance to Time and Data Terminals under contract will not continue and will be revoked when contract to software they communicate with has been cancelled or revoked due to non-payment. Under so said circumstances, Exeqtime reserves the right to early terminate service agreement. No refunds will be available.

Time terminals out of order, under contract, will be replaced by same or equal model on a temporary basis while your time terminal is being repaired only when included and stated within the agreement.

Programming or malfunctions due to programming errors on computerized time recorders, badge, and clock systems is not covered by the agreement. The agreement does not cover material or electrical work external to the equipment.
Labor, parts or materials required because of accidents, electrical power failure, power surges, fire, theft, water abuse-damage, or other causalities is not covered by the agreement.

Replacement of batteries, battery backup packs, year type wheels, slugs, and inscription plates is not included in the service agreement.
Resetting of clocks or systems for daylight savings time is covered by this agreement only if stated and listed in the contract.

When in the opinion of the Exeqtime Systems representative, a shop cleaning or reconditioning is necessary because normal maintenance cannot continue to keep the equipment in satisfactory operating condition, a cost estimate will be furnished. The work, when authorized, will be in addition to the hardware maintenance charge.
 
The service agreement is effective for one year and will be renewed automatically for successive periods of one year. Either party may cancel upon 30 days written notice.

Shipping Information

Shipping Times
In-stock items ordered before 11:00 am EST (8:00 am PST) are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box. Under normal conditions:

Orders placed before 11:00 am EST Monday through Friday will ship that day.
Orders placed after 11:00 am EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following BUSINESS day.
Orders placed Friday after 11:00 am EST through Monday at 11:00 am EST will ship on Monday.
NEXT DAY orders, including RUSH orders, placed after 11:00 am EST on Thursday will ship the next BUSINESS day for in-stock items. You will be notified if there is a delay.

Tracking Your Order
We will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your order. Track the status of your order simply by clicking on the link to FedEx or UPS we have provided.  

Important Disclaimer

Exeqtime Systems is not responsible for delay in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control. In addition, Exeqtime Systems is not liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of shipping and handling. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information, including price, product editorials, or product specifications.

Exeqtime Systems can not be held responsible for unclaimed units 30 days after the date of completion. This includes but is not limited to, machines sitting due to a response of a repair quote and/or machines sitting due to nonpayment of repair, reconditioning, or upgrade services. Exeqtime Systems reserves the right, in certain instances, to charge a stocking and handling fee for units held on its premises past 30 days. All unclaimed units will be considered abandoned after 90 days.
